Why use a plant mister?

Many house plants may not be getting humidity from their environment. Misting your plants will replicate the humid conditions they may be used to in the outdoors (there's no such thing as an indoor plant).  

Which plants require misting?

Houseplants require misting in different amounts. Tropical plants such as Calatheas, Monsteras, and Begonias will probably need misting. 

A dry or arid zone plant such as a cactus or a succulent will do best without misting.
