The Palmier Greenhouse is the hero of the rattan collection. Taken from the french word for "palm", the design of this piece was influenced by an exotic classical style, layering texture with plant life.

The Palmier Greenhouse utilises the concept of the Wardian case or terrarium, but on a larger scale. It helps to create a temperate environment that assists plants to thrive throughout each season and encourages growth and shelter from changing weather conditions, whilst trapping hydration and moisture.

The Palmier Greenhouse makes a great Housewarming or Wedding Gift for those who love plants but have no outside garden, or, for those with the space and simply love the design.

This piece is handcrafted from rattan which is sourced from sustainable forests in Indonesia. Rattan is a creeping plant or vine, which belongs to the Palm family. It grows upwards and around trees in dense forests. After harvesting, the rattan is then washed, cured & dried before being handcrafted.

This greenhouse is 90% handmade by local craftsmen & women who have traditionally used & worked with this natural material for generations. With a lift-up door on one side, it can be easily accessed for removal of plants and pots.

Maintenance

Wipe rattan frame & shelf with a soft dry cloth. Glass panels can be cleaned with a cloth & glass cleaner.

Please note: This item is recommended for indoor or undercover use. It is suggested to remove plants from greenhouse for watering to avoid drainage of water onto woven surface.

Our Very Last Wardien (Ex-Display)

This stunning glass & rattan case has been inspired by the Wardian case which was invented in the 19th Century, to successfully transport exotic & rare plants across the globe. This piece helps to create a temperate environment for your plants, encouraging hydration and minimising the effects of heating & cooling.

It's a unique way to highlight those special plants in your home. Our Wardian case is also a wonderful vessel to showcase collections of dried natural elements such as flowers, seed pods, shells & feathers which you may gather from the natural world. It allows us to continue to interact & observe nature, as we seek to reconnect with it.

Featuring a hinged lift up lid, to allow ease for moving your pots in and out as required. Constructed using rattan with inset glass panels, and a solid plywood and close weave rattan base, it is beautifully finished with handwoven rattan binding on each corner.

The Fleur Mirror is petite in size and practical in design. It combines a mirror with a vase, and the reflection further enhances the flowers & foliage.

It’s modern curve and aesthetic enhances its functional simplicity, and it's compact size will allow for placement on gallery style walls, and narrow spaces and hallways.
The glass bud vase is removable from its metal base for ease of cleaning.

It is available in black and aged gold.

The Merchant Vase is a versatile botanical vessel. Designed as a hanging vase, the chain can be suspended from a fixed ceiling hook or bracket. This domed glass vase can be filled with fresh flowers and foliage for instant impact in any space. 

A Merchant hook comes free with your of the Merchant vase. It is black metal with a hook which extends from the base plate, suitable for fixing to a wall.

The Constellation Terrarium is a standout botanical vessel. This unique piece creates a mini-greenhouse over your plants when placed on a flat surface.

Made from Iron and Glass, it allows ventilation, with a small gap at the top on each side. This assists in maintaining a stable environment encouraging growth and moisture in your plants.

One of the angled sides lifts up completely to allow ease for watering and moving your pots in and out as required.
