The Tradition beechwood line is still made as it was more than 70 years ago, in varnished beechwood with natural fibres. Artisan-made in small number using locally grown consciously-sourced wood and natural fibres. 

The two ends give you a choice of bristle suited to the job. Use the soft one for delicate produce like stone fruit or tomatoes, and the harder set to scrub potatoes, ginger and other sturdy stuff like Lebanese cucumbers.

Even the simple act of cleaning vegetables can be a chance to admire the beauty of the materials and the simplicity of the form, creating a small moment of grace and beauty in an ordinary day.
