Exclusions

*A few of our items are bulky and heavy.  This may exclude the item from free shipping and may incur an extra shipping fee no matter the order total. If you have a query about shipping please email info@forastudios.com and we will endeavour to reply to your query within two working days.

* We ship Australia-wide and Internationally. Due to quarantine restrictions, some organic products may be excluded for certain Australian states and overseas countries.

Delivery times

For deliveries within Australia, we endeavour to pack and send out items out within 3 business days via standard freight, and Express Post where selected in your cart.

Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation and then updates once your parcel is on its way to you. We use Australia Post shipping service as well as FedEx International for overseas orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order is packed and on its way. If you have any concerns or there is a delay, please contact us.

Expected delivery lead times within Australia only: 2-8 business days while Fedex parcels can take anywhere between 5 and 12 working days.

Packaging

Here at Fora Studios Australia sustainable practices are important to us. We try as much as possible to rid your package of annoying plastics and foam noodles. We like to delight you in the unwrapping of your parcel but we do try to use upcycled, recycled and recyclable packaging as much as possible.

Should your item be particularly delicate, such as in a vase or ceramic item, you may find some recyclable plastic fillers to ensure it gets to you safe and sound.

We generally use plastic-free packing tape made from kraft paper to seal your boxes.

We'd love you to follow suit by putting papers and boxes in the recycling bin where it cannot be upcycled.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer FREE return shipping if you've spent over $150.
For Exchanges it is best to return the item and re-order your preferred item separately.
