FORA CONCEPTS have a 30 day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or credit note. Some exclusions apply
Please choose sale items carefully as, unfortunately, we are not in a position to accept returns or offer exchanges/credit on sale or clearance items or for change of mind.
Full Price Items
For items purchased at FULL PRICE we can offer a credit note to the value of the order. Shipping is excluded from any refunds or credits. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Clearance and major sale Items
We cannot unfortunately offer exchanges for clearance and major sale items (eg permanent markdowns, % off sales above 10%, buy one get second free, buy one get second half price sales
Selected items No Exchange or Return
We do not offer refund, exchange or credit on swimwear, hair accessories, and consignment/local maker items. Please choose these items carefully or request more details before purchasing.
How to return your item
To be eligible for an return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/ unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, unbroken or torn. You’ll also need your order number.

The return or exchange shipping fee is your responsibility, however, if you are in Sydney you can pop into the Sutherland office to return and avoid shipping fees.
Once we have your item we will inspect it and then send you the credit note or refund should the item be in a resalable condition and it was dispatched to us within 30 days of purchase.
Please send us an email first before attempting to send items back in case your return isn't acceptable for whatever reason. Contact us for any return questions at info@forastudios.com.

Damages and issues
Please note that items are carefully inspected before shipping however should you receive your order let us know within 48 hrs of receiving it if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

If by some chance we have sent the incorrect item we will rectify the issue at no cost to you (we're a small business, it happens! :-))
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or seeds), custom ordered products (such as special orders, hampers or personalised items), swimwear or personal care goods (such as beauty products, deodorant) and items such as fragrance and candles where the packaging has been opened.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Choose sale items carefully as unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.
Where an order has been sent with FREE shipping offer ($110 or more in one order) then the shipping fee will not be refunded or credited.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and price.
Unless the item being returned is faulty the cost to deliver the goods back to us will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges the shipping cost to return the item and the cost to ship is your responsibility.
Please remember it can 2-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and for funds to enter your account.
