Refund policy
FORA STUDIOS have a 14 day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure these terms are met, as we cannot return ineligible items to you.
Your original order total must have reached $149 or more.
NOTE: LAST STOCKS/STOCKTAKE/FINAL SALE/OUTLET ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.
We regret that we are unable to offer free returns to our international customers at this point in time however please email us for a quote should you still wish to return your item.
To start a return, please contact us at info@forastudios.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Ensure to include the name used on your order and the order number.
If you are in doubt whether your item is refundable please do NOT return it to us until contacting us to clarify our return policy at info@forastudios.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and let us know us within 2 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as discounted swimwear, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on outlet/final sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The simplest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or offered a credit note. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
