Ingredients: 

Japanese Shizuoka Grade Ceremonial Matcha  | Shizuoka matcha (pronounced Shee-zoo-oh-ka) stands out as a premium matcha due to its cultivation in a region with optimal growing conditions, benefiting from unique geography and a favorable coastal climate. Rooted in centuries-old traditional farming practices, Shizuoka's ceremonial-grade matcha is a testament to mastery and heritage, characterized by its vibrant green hue, rich aroma, and nuanced flavor. This exceptional quality is accentuated by the purity and health benefits of the ceremonial-grade, reflecting high levels of chlorophyll and amino acids. Embodying both tradition and impeccable quality, Shizuoka ceremonial matcha offers an unparalleled authentic matcha experience. 

Coconut Milk Powder | A dairy-free alternative, coconut milk powder is high in medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) that support heart health and provide a quick energy source.

Vanilla Bean Extract | Besides its calming aroma, vanilla bean extract contains antioxidants that help protect cells from damage and inflammation. 

Coconut Blossom | As a natural sweetener, coconut blossom is low on the glycemic index, aiding in sustained energy release and supporting stable blood sugar levels.


Preparation: 1g tea per 100mls water | Brew for 4-5 minutes at 100°C

Contents: Boutique glass jar & 100g of hand-mixed, 100% natural loose-leaf tea

Directions

For Cafe - 80z cup (240mls).

  1. Add 2 teaspoons (10g) of The Tea Collective Matcha Latte to a milk jug, with a small amount of hot water (just enough to cover the powder) and stir well.
  2. Add 200mls of milk or milk alternative and stretch milk as usual.
  3. Pour into latte glass and serve with a delicate sprinkle of cinnamon.

NOTE: In the absence of a coffee machine, opt for milk heated to 65°C.


Easy Cold Brew

  1. Add 2 teaspoons of The Tea Collective Matcha Latte to a glass.
  2. Add a very small amount of hot water (just enough to cover the powder) and stir well.
  3. Add a generous amount of ice cubes, top with cold milk and a delicate sprinkle of cinnamon.
