Soapnuts, the dried berries of the Sapindus species, have become the chemical-free alternative to commercial laundry formulas. They contain natural surfactants that break up and remove dirt and grime from fabrics. Dirty gardening gear, aprons and worksheets are all fair game for this hard-working soap. Ridges on the bar allow you to give stained textiles a gentle scrub.

A lot easier and gentler than our great-grandmothers’ scrubbing boards, but a lot more effective!
