These fixed blade paring knives (not folding) are crafted in 2CR14 stainless steel and an anthracite grey titanium finish. The blade of the one knife is razor sharp with its handle made from beautiful olive wood.  The blade of the second knife is micro-serrated with its handle made from rich red coral wood.
