ANDREE JARDIN | Tradition Dish Brush in BeechwoodRegular price $12.00 $12.00
Sure, doing the dishes is not most people’s idea of a good time, but it’s a lot more enjoyable if you have the help of a faithful companion dish brush that will share the job for years.
Made in France, the elegant simplicity of this original dish brush proves that form followed function long before Modernism.
The Tradition line is still crafted as it was more than 70 years ago, in varnished beechwood with natural fibres. Even the simple act of washing dishes can be a chance to admire the beauty of the materials and the simplicity of the form, a small moment of grace and beauty in an ordinary day.

About Andree Jardin:
In 1947, from a workshop on the banks of the Erdre River in France, George Julio and his family transformed local timbers and fibres into what was known as ‘Parisian wares’, hardworking brushes that would become staples of French households for decades.
These days this family-owned company consciously use timbers sourced from sustainably managed forests that are then thermally treated for resistance to moisture. Meaning you won't have to replace it for a long time.
Normally open to visitors, peek inside the Andrée Jardin workshop via our brand showcase and see the time-honoured the craft in action.
