Skin Elixir & Collagen Green Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

The perfect start to your day while also being the perfect natural boost to your skin care routine!

Ingredients

  • 1 serving of Skin Elixir tea (cooled)

  • ½ banana (frozen if possible)

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • ½ avocado

  • 1 kiwi, peeled and ends removed

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1 tablespoon Australian honey

  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds

  • Scoop of Ice cubes


    Directions

  • Combine spinach, skin elixir, banana, avocado, kiwi, lemon juice, maple syrup, and flax seeds in a blender. Blend ingredients until smooth. Add ice and blend thoroughly.

    Serve in a glass, garnish with extra flax seeds and enjoy!
