Returns, Exchanges & Credit Notes

Fora Studios Australia have a 30 day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or credit note. Some exclusions apply

Please choose sale items carefully as, unfortunately, we are not in a position to accept returns or offer exchanges/credit on FINAL CLEARANCE items.


Exchange or Return Excluded Items

We do not offer refund, exchange or credit on swimwear, hair or personal accessories, used items, opened full size perfume bottles (must be unopened), or items whose original brand packaging has been damaged (eg a torn shoebox).

How to return your item

To be eligible for an return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/ unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, unbroken or torn. You’ll also need your order number.

To start a return, please contact us at info@forastudios.com and provide your order number. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for returning it by mail to the address provided. We will send you a return label.

Once we have your item we will inspect it and then send you the credit note or refund should the item be in a resellable condition and it was dispatched to us within 30 days of purchase.

Please allow 2 business days for your refund to be processed.

Damages and issues 

We endeavour to inspect all items before shipping however should you receive a defective item your order email us within 48 hrs of receiving it if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Send an email to info@forastudios.com. Please allow 2 business days for a reply.

If by some chance we have sent the incorrect item we will rectify the issue at no cost to you (we're a small business, it happens! :-))


Exceptions / Non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or seeds), custom ordered products (such as special orders, hampers or personalised items), swimwear or personal care goods (such as beauty products, deodorant) and items such as fragrance where the packaging has been opened or candles with torn branded boxing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method.

Please remember it can 2-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and for funds to enter your account.
